Tony Bilangino is the Chief of Staff for the Southfield Center. He is a proven leader with an extensive background in Human Resources, Management, and Accounting, relating all his experience and expertise into his passion for Coaching.
As Chief of Staff, Tony partners with leaders at all levels within the Southfield Center to help create and implement their strategy, set and reach their goals, and address Human Resource opportunities and challenges as they arise.
Tony has over 25 years of experience working in a large mission-based not-for-profit – namely Consumer Reports – where he was Director of Human Resources (for 12 years) and had prior positions in Accounting and Finance. This experience affords him a wonderful balance of the emotional and analytical to better understand and offer guidance and support in his current role. Tony strives to be a trusted, sought-after resource who adds clarity, awareness, and direction.
