Ginny is a licensed psychotherapist (LPC) and substance abuse counselor (LADC). She is an interactive solution-focused therapist who is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help children and teens effectively address life challenges. Ginny’s areas of expertise are in, but not limited to, Anxiety, Anger, Adoption, and Addiction.
In addition to her two licenses, Ginny holds a post-master’s Certificate in Adoption Competency from the University of Connecticut. Ginny received her Master’s Degree in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Fordham University, where she wrote her thesis on the effects of loss on the psyche. She completed her undergraduate studies at Dickinson College.
